Message of Hope
There are those who adamantly seek to protect our children.
There are those who openly seek to harm our children.
Either of these types are generally easy to recognize.
Then, there are those who covertly seek
to harm our children.
We try to identify them
and prevent them from inflicting further harm.
But just as concerning,
can be those who harm our children by lack of action,
by apathy, or by dissemination of information
that will keep our children at risk,
~ and often under the guise of being peacemakers
~ or under the pretense of doing no harm.
These people can be more difficult to identify
and more troublesome to deter.
Wouldn't it be wonderful . . .
if we were all able to speak,
with one unified voice ~~ at one united moment?
What an abuse shattering sound we would make!
Until that time, we will not give up . . .
We will not give in, and . . .
"We will NOT go quietly into the night."
